What is a croffle?

A croffle is what happens when a buttery croissant meets a waffle press and decides to become everyone’s favorite crunchy obsession. We press croissant dough until it’s golden, flaky, and crispy on the outside, then it stays warm and soft in the middle like it’s supposed to. From there, we go two directions: savory or sweet. Basically… it’s a waffle’s hotter, flakier cousin, and once you try one, you’ll get it.

What are we pouring?

Our drinks are the same way we do our croffles, not basic, and definitely not an afterthought. We pull shots with premium beans, dialed in on seriously good equipment, then finish everything with house-made syrups we cook up ourselves. Want coffee? Lattes?
